Regulation 34 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 requires the listed entity to submit the ANNUAL REPORT, in the prescribed format and with the prescribed disclosures (including the corporate-governance report), to the stock exchange within TWENTY-ONE DAYS of the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). This ensures the exchange and investors access the audited annual disclosures promptly after the AGM. The 21-day annual-report window complements the 45-day quarterly-results window of Regulation 33. Both are staple LODR numeric points.
