As per the Rules- Consumer Protection (Jurisdiction of the District Commission, the State Commission and the National Commission) Rules, 2021- Revised Pecuniary Jurisdiction is- District Commission - upto 50lakhs. State Commission - more than 50 lakh to 2 crores. National Commission- more than 2 crores. These new rules have been framed under the CP Act, 2019.
