 Section 110(1) requires the Inspector-cum-Facilitator, before initiating prosecution for an offence under Chapter XII, to give the employer an opportunity to comply with the relevant provisions within thirty days from the date of the notice; if the employer complies within that period, no proceeding is initiated.
