Under section 45, an application in respect of a dispute may be filed before the Grievance Redressal Committee by an aggrieved worker within one year from the date on which the cause of action of the dispute arises. The Committee may complete its proceedings within thirty days of receipt of the application, and its decision is by majority provided more than half of the worker representatives agree.
