Under the RTI Act, the Central Information Commission is headed by whom?

Under Section 12 of the Right to Information Act, the Central Information Commission consists of the Chief Information Commissioner and such number of Central Information Commissioners, not exceeding ten, as may be deemed necessary. The Chief Information Commissioner heads the Commission and exercises general superintendence and direction over its functioning. The Commission is the highest body under the Act at the central level for deciding appeals and complaints, with powers to ensure compliance and order disclosure of information.
