      Section 45-IA(7) provides that a company aggrieved by the order of rejection of an application for registration or cancellation of a certificate of registration may prefer an appeal to the Central Government within a period of thirty days from the date on which such order is communicated to it. The decision of the Central Government on appeal, or of the Bank where no appeal is preferred, shall be final. The appeal must be filed within thirty days.
