Under Section 19(10

Section 19(10A), inserted by the 2016 Amendment, provides that every application under sub-section (3), written statement under sub-section (5), claim of set-off under sub-section (6), counter-claim under sub-section (8), or written statement in reply to counter-claim under sub-section (10), or any other pleading, shall be supported by an affidavit sworn by the applicant or defendant verifying all facts, pleadings, statements, and documentary evidence. Additionally, if any party intends to lead witness evidence, the affidavits of such witnesses must be filed simultaneously with the main pleading. Section 19(10B) specifies that unverified facts cannot be relied upon as evidence - making affidavit verification mandatory for all pleadings.
