Under Section 10, which of the following is NOT a prescribed qualification for the Chairperson of the DRAT?

Section 10 prescribes three alternative qualifications for the DRAT Chairperson: (a) is, or has been, or is qualified to be a Judge of a High Court; OR (b) has been a member of the Indian Legal Service holding a Grade I post for at least three years; OR (c) has held office as Presiding Officer of a Tribunal for at least three years. Being a Supreme Court Judge is NOT a listed qualification. Option (B) is therefore the non-existent qualification. The Act requires High Court-level experience or equivalent, not Supreme Court-level experience. This graduated qualification structure is commensurate with the DRAT's role as an appellate, not final, authority.
