    ‘de minimis non curat lex’ means law is not concerned with small things and Section 95 IPC provides for ‘Acts causing slight harm’ which are not considered as offenses under IPC to prevent courts from unnecessary burdening of insignificant matters.    Section 80. Nothing is an offence which is done by an accident in doing a lawful act. The Sections 82 and 83 deals with the criminal liability under infancy.
