Indian Evidence Act does not expressly mention about:

·         Indian Evidence Act discusses about different types of evidence- ·         Basing on definition defined under s.3 of Indian Evidence Act 1.    Oral evidence 2.    Documentary evidence ·         These categories of evidence are further divided into- 1.    Primary evidence 2.    Secondary evidence   ·         Circumstantial evidence is a type of evidence which will not prove the issue in question but  ascertains the point only by inference or reasoning.   This is not expressly mentioned under Indian Evidence act, 1872.
