In its patients, urea is removed by hemodialysis (dialysis). In the process of hemodialysis, after removing blood from the patient's artery, and adding an anticoagulant like heparin to it, it is sent to the dialysis unit. it is called an artificial kidney. This artificial kidney purifies the blood. Anti-heparin is added to the pure blood and it is sent back to the patient's body.
