and earns a commission of 18%. He also sells vases at the rate of Rs. 80 each and earns a commission of 38%. How much amount of commission will he earn in two weeks if he sells 13 glasses and 6 vases a day?Solution
Commission earned in one day = (40 x 18 x 13)/100 + (80 x 38 x 6)/100 = 93.6 + 182.4Â = Rs. 276 Commission earned in two weeks = 276 x 14 = Rs. 3864
