To help passengers track their lost belongings, the Western Railway has launched a service called 'Mission Amanat.' Under this service, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) plays a crucial role. The RPF has the responsibility of ensuring the safety and security of passengers as well as their luggage and belongings. Under this initiative, the RPF will locate the lost luggage of railway passengers and upload a photo along with a description of the belongings on the Western Railway website. This will help passengers to identify and retrieve their luggage.
