According to the provisions of the India–Brazil postal cooperation MoU, what is the duration of the agreement?

The Memorandum of Understanding between India and Brazil in the postal sector will remain valid for a period of five years. The agreement also includes a provision for automatic renewal after the completion of the initial term, subject to mutual consent.
