The Mumbai data centre planned by Larsen & Toubro will have a capacity of 40 megawatts (MW). This facility will form part of the company’s broader AI infrastructure ecosystem designed to host advanced computing systems capable of supporting artificial intelligence workloads. The data centre will operate alongside other AI infrastructure facilities such as the Chennai data centre and will be located within a larger 300-acre campus designed to support gigawatt-scale AI data centre expansion. These facilities will enable large-scale deployment of AI technologies across industries including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and public services.
