Who leads the two newly constituted high-level panels for next-generation reforms and Viksit Bharat 2047 goals?

Two high-level panels are led by Rajiv Gauba (former Cabinet Secretary and NITI Aayog member): • Panel on Viksit Bharat Goals – to design long-term strategies for India to become a developed nation by 2047. • Panel on Non-Financial Regulatory Reforms – to simplify regulatory frameworks and enhance ease of doing business and competitiveness.  They coordinate with ministerial groups led by Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh for faster implementation, while a state-level deregulation committee under Cabinet Secretary TVS Swaminathan targets federal bottlenecks.
