Solution
RBI revised the PSL norms and increased the housing loan limits. In cities with populations over 5 million, 1 housing loan of up to ₹50 lakh (with 1 unit cost ceiling of ₹63 lakh) will now qualify under PSL, effective April 1, 2025.
