What is the annual income criteria for an student to get the benefit under the “Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme For ST Students”?

It is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme implemented by Ministry of Tribal Affairs to grant scholarship to eligible ST students for pursuing higher education starting from class XI to Post Graduation courses in India. Objective a. To enable eligible Scheduled Tribe students to undertake quality education from Post Matric to Post Graduate level by providing them financial assistance. b. To create an error free platform ensuring that the targeted beneficiaries receive scholarship on time. Conditions of eligibility The family income of student from all sources should not exceed Rs.2.50 lakh per annum.
