New Zealand will host the International Cricket Council's Women's Cricket World Cup. This would be the 12th edition of the quadrennial showpiece event. The 2022 edition of the Women's World Cup also called the Women's ODI World Cup will be contested between eight teams all of whom will play each other once in a league format which will be Round-Robin. This means that each team will play the other only once. And at the end of the Round-Robin league, the top four teams on the Points Table will move into the semi-finals.
