      NBFC-ML (except IFC) shall not have exposure exceeding 25 per cent of its Tier 1 capital to a single party.  An NBFC [except NBFC-IFC)] shall not have exposure (credit / investment taken together) exceeding (1) 25 per cent of its Tier 1 capital to a single party; and (2) 40 per cent of its Tier 1 capital to a single group of parties, Provided that an NBFC may exceed the exposure norm specified above, by five per cent for any single party and by 10 per cent for a single group of parties, if the additional exposure is on account of infrastructure loan and / or investment.
