Investor Education and Protection Fund is e stablished under Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 ·         It is established for: o   promotion of investors’ awareness o   protection of the interests of investors ·         The Central Government constitutes an authority for administration of the Fund consisting of o   a chairperson o   other members, not exceeding seven and o   a chief executive officer The ex-officio Chairperson of the fund is Shri Manoj Govil, Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs
