B b and c Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C Only a Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
    D a, c and d Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E No Error Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

    (b) "India has pledged to progressively cut down it’s dependence on fossil fuels..." "it’s" is incorrect. “it’s” = “it is” The correct form is “its” (possessive pronoun). (c) "...and achieved ‘net zero’ status," Tense mismatch. The sentence uses “has pledged” (present perfect), so the second verb should be parallel in form. “achieved” (simple past) breaks parallelism. It should be “and to achieve” or “and achieve” to maintain correct structure.
