B meticulous conducted a series of complex experiments in her state-of-the-art laboratory, Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C meticulously documenting every variable and Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D outcome in her meticulously organized notes Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E No error Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

Solution

At the beginning of the sentence ‘meticulous’ is an adjective as it defines the noun ‘attention’. Latter in part B, after ‘meticulous’ there is a verb ‘conducted’. Adverbs define verbs. Hence, we use an adverb not an adjective. Therefore, ‘meticulous’ should be replaced with ‘meticulously’.
