About SVAMITVA (Survey of villages and mapping with improvised technology in village areas) scheme. Nodal ministry is Ministry of Panchayati Raj. In the States, the Revenue Department / Land Records Department will be the Nodal Department and shall carry out the scheme Launch. CORS ( Continuously Operating Reference Stations) network provides regional positioning service. It plays a major role in achievingĀ centimetre accuracy positioning.
