Under the Credit Guarantee Fund for MUDRA Loans (CGFMU), collateral-free loans of up to ₹20 lakh are available for eligible startups under the Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana (PMMY). Under the Credit Guarantee Fund for MUDRA Loans (CGFMU), collateral-free loans of up to ₹20 lakh are available for eligible startups under the Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana (PMMY). The loan limit under the PMMY was increased from ₹10 lakh to ₹20 lakh in the Union Budget 2024-25, and the CGFMU's guarantee coverage was also extended to include these higher loan amounts.
