The DAY-NRLM is essentially a poverty relief programme of the Central government. It was launched as Aajeevika National Rural Livelihoods Mission NRLM by the GOIs Ministry of Rural Development in the year 2011. It was renamed as DAY-NRLM in 2015. It envisages sanction of cash credit to each eligible self-help group for a period of 3 years with a yearly drawing power based on repayment performance. The drawing power for 3rd year shall be Minimum 3 lakhs based on the micro credit plan prepared by SHG and appraised by the Support agency and previous credit history.

A Above 6 lakhs based on the micro credit plan prepared by SHG and appraised by the Support agency and previous credit history

B Minimum 3 lakhs based on the micro credit plan prepared by SHG and appraised by the Support agency and previous credit history

C Minimum 6 lakhs based on the micro credit plan prepared by SHG and previous credit history.

D 6 times of the existing comus or minimum of Rs. llakh which ever is higher

E 8 times of the corpus at the time review or enhancement or minimum of Rs. 2 lakhs whichever is higher
