    Irrigation efficiency = water that reached the field/ total water delivered × 100  Total field area = 0.6 + 0.6 ha = 1.2 ha  Depth of water = 8 cm  Total volume of water reached the field = 1.2 × 10,000 × 0.08 = 960 m3  1 m3 = 1000l  960 m3 = 9,60,000 l  Total water delivered in the field = 2000 × 60× 15 l  Irrigation efficiency =  9,60,000 l / 2000 × 60× 15 l  = 53.3 %
