      UPSC EPFO EO/AO Exam Pattern 2026

      Two stages will be used to select candidates for the position of Enforcement Officer. They are the following:

      • Recruitment Test (RT) 
      • Interview

      Please keep in mind that for the objective of determining the final merit, the weighting for the marks from the Recruitment Test and the marks from the interview will be 75:25.

      UPSC EPFO EO/AO Recruitment Test

      The Recruitment Test is the first step in the selection process for the UPSC EPFO Announcement 2023. Both Hindi and English formats of the exam's questions will be available. There will be objective-type questions with multiple-choice responses. For each incorrect answer, one-third of the total marks will be subtracted as negative marks.

      Their documents will be scrutinized and those Candidates who fulfill all the eligibility conditions of the posts shall be called for an interview. The Interview will be held for 100 marks.

      In the UPSC EPFO Recruitment Test, for wrong answers, there will be penalties. Every incorrect answer will result in a loss of one-third of the marks allotted to that question. There will be no penalty for a question if there is no answer indicated for it.
