UPSC EPFO APFC Educational Criteria
Every recruitment process requires the candidates to follow certain educational criteria to be eligible for an exam. In order to be eligible for the UPSC EPFO APFC exam, you need to possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream from Any Recognized University in India.
Those in the final year of their degree may also apply, provided they furnish proof of graduation at the time of the Interview.
Possession of a Diploma in Company Law, Labour Laws, or Public Administration is desirable and will be viewed as an added advantage during the selection process.

UPSC EPFO APFC Age Criteria
To be eligible for the EPFO APFC exam, you should lie within the prescribed age limit as mentioned by UPSC in its EPFO APFC notification.
Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age as on the last date for receipt of applications.

UPSC EPFO APFC Age Relaxation
UPSC also provides age relaxation if you belong to a reserved category.
You need to produce a caste certificate in the prescribed format as mentioned by UPSC during the interview process. Age relaxation is also applicable for employees working in the EPFO.
Besides this, you can avail the benefit of community reservation only if that particular caste is included in the list of reserved communities issued by the Central Government.
The UPSC APFC age limit relaxation can also be availed by Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officers, including ECOs/SSCOs and Central Government employees, provided they fulfill the terms and conditions laid by UPSC.

Nationality
The interested candidate must mandatorily be a citizen of India in order to be eligible for this post. If not, the candidate can be still considered eligible if he/she is either:
- a subject of Nepal/Bhutan
- a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in India (since 1962).
- a person of Indian origin settled permanently in India from countries like Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, Vietnam, and other East African countries.
