Online Aptitude / Psychometric Questionnaire Exam Pattern

Federal Bank Junior Management Grade 1 Officer 2026 Marking Scheme

Only the short-listed candidates will be called for the second phase of the Federal Bank PO selection process consisting of Group Discussion (GD) & Interview (PI). The short-listing of the candidates will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Federal Bank PO 2026 Online Aptitude Test.

Robotic and Personal Interview

If you clear the Federal Bank PO exam you will be called for GD and interview round. An interview round consist of Robotic and Personal Interview. GD and Robotic Interview will be conducted virtually and PI will be conducted across various cities if conditions do not permit the conduction of Personal Interview in an online mode.

Note: All rounds except Robotic Interview are eliminating in nature. Federal Bank PO Online exam will be conducted in Remote Proctored mode.

Marking Scheme

There is a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Federal Bank PO Aptitude Test. For every wrong answer given by you, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.
