As the notification for EPFO Social Security Assistant has been released and the online registration commenced on March 27 2024, therefore candidates should ensure they fill up the application for EPFO Social Security Assistant 2024 Exam carefully. The complete application process has been divided into a few simple steps as follows:

• Candidates should visit the official website of EPFO: www.epfindia/.gov.in and click on the option ‘APPLY ONLINE FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF SSA - 2024 IN EPFO’.
• To start the registration, you need to click on “Click here for Registration’’ where you will have to enter all the basic details like name, contact, email id, etc.
• A provisional registration number and password will be generated which should be saved by you for future reference. In case you are unable to complete the application, you can revisit the website and with the help of this registration number and password, you can log in and complete the application.
• Make sure you enter all correct details and click on the “Save & Next” button thereafter.
• You will also have to upload your scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration according to the specifications mentioned by EPFO.
• Candidates should ensure that the details filled them are all correct and valid.
• After all the details have been filled and uploaded, you need to make the online fee payment. Click on the ‘payment’ tab and choose one of the online options provided there.
• Click on the ‘Submit’ button.

  • The photograph to be uploaded should be a recent colour passport photograph.
  • The size of the file should be between 20 and kb-50 kb.
  • If the size of the file is more than 50 kb, you will have to adjust the settings of the scanner.
  • Dimensions should be 200*230 pixels. (preferred)
  • The face of the candidate should be clearly visible.

  • The signature of the candidate will have to be done on white paper with a black ink pen.
  • The signature should be clear.
  • The signature will not be accepted in capital letters.
  • The file type should be jpg/jpeg.
  • Dimensions should be 140*60 pixels in 200 DPI.
  • File size should be 20 kb-50 kb.
• Guidelines to Upload Left Thumb Impression
  • The candidate should put his /her left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
  • The file type should be jpg/jpeg.
  • Dimensions should be 240*240 pixels in 200 DPI.
  • File size should be 20kb - 50 kb.

  • The handwritten declaration should not be written in capital letters.
  • The candidate should write the declaration in English on white paper with blue or black ink.
  • File type: jpg/jpeg.
  • Dimensions: 800*400 pixels in 200 DPI.
  • File size: 50 kb - 100 kb.

Please note:

• Candidates can apply for the above posts through “Online” mode only. The Application Form in any other mode shall not be accepted.
• ONLY ONE APPLICATION is to be submitted by a candidate for the post.
• In case more than one Application i.e. multiple Application Forms are submitted by a single and the same candidate, then the last application form submitted by such candidate shall only be taken into account.

EPFO will be conducting an online examination in two stages: Stage 1 and Stage 2 for the post of Social Security Assistant.
