Educational Criteria (As on January 01, 2024)
If you want to apply for Delhi Police Head Constable exam 2024, you are advised to check the educational criteria first. You need to have a 10+2 (Senior Secondary) passed certificate from a recognized board in order to apply for the post of Head Constable. Besides this, you must also have a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Hindi. Delhi Police Head Constable Incentive to NCC Certificate Holders

Delhi Police Head Constable Weightage of Additional Marks
Delhi Police acknowledge extraordinary candidates and therefore, they will be given an advantage of some additional marks based on their score in Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Degree. Please look below for further details.

Age Criteria (As on January 01, 2024)
Delhi Police requires young aspirants to become a part of Delhi Police organization, therefore, you need to be between 18 and 25 years of age as on January 01, 2024. To be precise, you should not have been born before January 01,1997 and not later than January 01, 2004).

Age Relaxation
Delhi Police/SSC provides a certain relaxation in age according to the various categories of applicants. The purpose behind providing an age relaxation to certain categories of applicants is probably to support them and not deprive them of the job facilities.
