You have to take the three given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts.     Only a few loyal are honest. None of the honest are intelligent. 92% intelligent are smart. Conclusions: I. All loyal being honest is a possibility. II. A few smart being loyal is a possibility. III. Some intelligent are friendship.

    Solution

    Only a few loyal are honest → Some loyal are honest (I) and Some loyal are not honest (O). Hence conclusion I does not follow. Only a few loyal are honest (I) + None of the honest are intelligent (E) → Some loyal are not intelligent (O) + 92% intelligent are smart (I) → Probable conclusion → Some smart may be loyal (I). Hence conclusion II follows. Every friendship is loyal (A) + Only a few loyal are honest (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion III does not follow.
