    Solution

    Some seconds are clocks (I) + No clock is a minute (E) → Some seconds are not minutes (O). Hence conclusion I does not follow. No clock is a minute (E) → Conversion → Some minutes are not clocks (O). Hence conclusion II follows. All hours are minute (A) → I.I. → Some hours are minutes (I). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
