You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts. Read all the conclusions and then decide which of given conclusions logically follows from the given statements disregarding commonly known facts.

    Statements: All pens are papers.

    Solution

    Some papers are not books (O) + All books are pencils (A) ⇒ No conclusion. Hence neither conclusion I nor III follows but it will make a complementary pair. Hence either conclusion I or III follows. All pens are papers (A) + Some papers are not books (I) ⇒ No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
