    Solution

I was born on a date that is a multiple of 3. I was neither born first nor last. Three persons were born between I and A. A was born on an even-numbered date. There will be six cases: If I was born on 21, then A was born either on 26 or 28. If I was born on 24, then A was born either on 20 or 28. If I was born on 27, then A was born either on 20 or 22. D and A were born on consecutive dates. There is a two-day gap between the date O was born and the date D was born. K was born on an even date before O but after the date J was born. Case 1 .            If D was born on 27, then O was born on 24. K was born on 22. This case will get discarded as three persons were born between I and A. Case 1.A. If D was born on 25, then O was born on 22. This case will get discarded as we cannot place K and J. Case 2.             If D was born on 27, then O was born on 24. K was born on 22 and J was born on 20. Case 3 and Case 4. This case will get discarded as we cannot place L. Case 5. If D was born on 23, then O was born on 26. K was born on 24. This case will get discarded as we cannot place J. Case 6. If D was born on 21, then O was born on 24. K was born on 22. This case will get discarded as we cannot place J.   Final arrangement as shown below:
