The persons sitting in Row 1 face the persons sitting in Row 2 and vice versa. J sits second to the left of N. V does not sit adjacent to U. The one who faces V, sits third to the left of K. W does not face K. Either J or N sits at the extreme end of Row 1. T faces J. U sits third to the left of T.
