Case I : Principal: x + 800 = 2000+800 = 2800 Interest: x β 320 = 2000 β 320 = 1680 Case II: Principal: x β 400 = 2000 β 400 = 1600 Interest: (1600Γ8Γ4)/100 = 512 Difference:1680 β 512 = 1168 Therefore, the second interest is Rs. 1168 less than the first.
