    The total amount = Rs. 22,000, Ratio of X, Y, and Z = 3:7:10 Y's share = 7/20 x 22000 = 7700 Y kept Rs. 1,200 for himself and gave Rs. 800 to his father, So, remaining amount = Rs. 7700 - Rs. 1200 - Rs. 800 = Rs. 5700 Y divided Rs. 5700 among his two brothers in the ratio 5:7. Hence, one brother got = 5/12 x 5700 = Rs 2375 Other got = 7/12 x 57000 = Rs 3325
