Two numbers are respectively 50% and 40% more than a third number. Find the ratio of two numbers.

Let the third number be x. According to the question, First number = (150/100)×x Second number = (140/100)×x Required ratio = [(150/100)×x] : [(140/100)×x] = 15:14
