Total petrol required every month = 3045/15 = 203 litres The petrol price hike = 82 × (5/100) = Rs. 4.1 Increase in monthly expenditure = 203 × 4.1 = Rs. 832.30 ≈ Rs. 832 (to the nearest Rs.) ∴ The increase in the monthly expenditure (to the nearest Rs.) is Rs. 832
