Total possible outcomes in rolling 3 dices= 6× 6 ×6 = 216 & the cases without showing 3 number (means every dice will show number 1, 2, 4,5,6 only) = 5× 5×5 = 125 So no. of possible outcomes in which at least one of the die shows number 3 = Total Possible outcomes – cases without showing 3 number = 216 – 125 = 91
