Total number of flats in all four apartments = 500 Now, (A + 3A + 3A – 5 + 4A – 5)% = 100% => (11A – 10)% = 100% => A = 10% 
Number of filled 2 BHK flats in apartment R = 25 x (80/100) = 20 Number of 2 BHK flats in apartment S = 50 Required sum = 20 + 50 = 70
