    Public vehicles travelled in 2012 = (1050+250)/2 = 650 Public vehicles travelled in 2014 = (800+200)/2 = 500 Public vehicles travelled in 2015 = (1200+400)/2 = 800 Required average = (650 + 500 + 8000/3 = 650
