    Statement I:  The ratio of the price of two houses P to Q was 3:4 last year. Statement II:  This year, the price of houses P has increased by 20% and that of house Q by Rs 20,000.     From I, II and III, Let the price of two houses A and B be 4x and 5x respectively. (3x × 120/100)/(4x + 20,000) = 4/5 18x = 16 x + 80,000 18 x - 16 x = 80,000 2 x = 80,000 x = 40,000 Last year the price of house P was 40,000 × 3 = Rs 1,20,000 Hence all the statements together are required to answer the question.
