Section 38: It deals with "Persons concerned in criminal act may be guilty of different offenses." Section 120A IPC: Section 120A of the IPC deals with "Definition of criminal conspiracy." It defines the offense of criminal conspiracy and prescribes punishment for individuals involved in such acts. Section 149 IPC: Section 149 of the IPC deals with the offense of "Every member of unlawful assembly guilty of the offense committed in prosecution of the common object." It holds every member of an unlawful assembly responsible for the offenses committed by any member of that group in the pursuit of the common objective. Section 396 IPC: Section 396 of the IPC deals with the offense of "Dacoity with murder." It prescribes punishment for the offense of dacoity, which involves robbery committed by five or more individuals, where the act leads to the death of any person. Section 460 IPC: Section 460 of the IPC deals with the offense of "All persons jointly concerned in lurking house-trespass or house-breaking by night punishable where death or grievous hurt caused by one of them." It addresses situations where multiple individuals are involved in house-breaking by night, and one of them causes death or grievous hurt during the act.
