Mayank Sharma assumed the office of Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA) on March 1, 2025. With a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, he is a 1989-batch officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS). Sharma has served in various capacities within the Government of India, including the Defence Accounts Department.
