This scheme is now known as Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT). Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) was a massive city-modernisation scheme launched by the Government of India under Ministry of Urban Development.
