the Cabinet has approved an Agreement between India and the United Nations on a ‘Way Finding Application’. II. The development of the App has been entrusted to Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DoT), an autonomous telecom Research & Development centre of Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. III. The Founder of Centre for Development of Telematics is Sam pitroda. Which statement/statements is/are correct?Solution
The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has approved the proposal for signing of an agreement between the Government of India and the United Nations on a ‘Way Finding Application’ to be used in the Palais des Nations, United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG). Keeping in view the complexity of buildings and huge participation, there was a requirement of a navigational application which can help the visitors and other delegates in finding their way inside the premises while adhering to all security perspectives. The project consists of development, deployment and maintenance of a software-based ‘Way Finding Application’ to facilitate navigation in the Palais des Nations premises of UNLG. The development of the App has been entrusted to Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DoT), an autonomous telecom Research & Development centre of Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. The estimated financial implication for development deployment and maintenance of the App is $ 2 Million. The project will not only highlight the technical capabilities of India but also enhance the prestige of the country at the UN level platform. I). p2 - 20p + 51 = 0,
II). 2q2 - 7q + 6 = 0
Equation 1: x² - 90x + 2025 = 0
Equation 2: y² - 88y + 1936 = 0
1.3wx = 40 – wy
2. b2 = 2b + p
3. d2 + d = q
Now, observe the given conditions:
One root of equation...
I. x³= ((4)5+ (15)³)/(3)4
II. 8y³=(-13)3÷ √1521+ (3y)³
I. 4x2 + 3√7 x-7 =0
II. 7y2 + 4√7 y-5=0
- Suppose both the roots of q² + kq + 49 = 0 are real and equal, then determine the value of 'k'.
If x² + 2x + 9 = (x – 2) (x – 3), then the resultant equation is:
I. x3 = 1728
II. y2 – 15y + 56 = 0
- If the quadratic equation x² + 18x + n = 0 has real and equal roots, what is the value of n?
In the question, two equations I and II are given. You have to solve both the equations to establish the correct relation between 'p' and 'q' and choose...
