- Once the Application Number is generated, print it on A-4 size paper and sign where indicated.

- Proof of date of birth (Class X Certificate/School Leaving Certificate).
- Reservation certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD) in the prescribed format.
- Educational and professional qualification certificates and mark sheets.
- Evidence of the university/institute's CGPA/OGPA/DGPA to percentage conversion norms.
- Age relaxation by up to 10 years and the First Class requirement for Graduation/Post-Graduation can be relaxed for departmental employees applying for Direct Recruitment Posts.
